I love the challenge of connecting and reconnecting people to each other, to opportunities, to their values and vision, and to living their best.  My strength is encouragement and I use that in coaching, program development, and facilitation and friendships. All for the goal of assisting in unleashing capacity and impact in individuals and organizations.

After a successful career in business development, operations and strategic marketing for professional services, industrial, retail and healthcare companies, in 2008, Kathleen turned her expertise to organization development consulting and, in 2016, launched Case Leadership Institute.
