Effective Leadership Program
Our program encourages each participant to look inside to recognize and articulate non-negotiable individual values, and to analyze how those values align with the organization’s values. The emphasis is on leading from where you stand because leadership is a choice, not a title. The leaders work together understand and appreciate their differences and practice effective communication approaches to match others’ styles. Leaders consider how to strengthen their executive presence, how to more effectively influence others at all levels, and how to lead to achieve organizational and community goals. One-on-one coaching is an integrated component of each program.
This program is adaptable for a class of high-potential, or for experienced leaders either from different organizations, or within the same organization. In any class make-up, the nurturing of community and trusted relationships between the program participants underscores individual and group activities with connections that last and grow.
Executive Leadership Program
Our Executive Leadership Program creates an environment for both self-reflection and engagement. Usually, the participants are one level below the C-suite and gather to advance their preparation and participation in next-generation C-suite leadership. We customize a curriculum that enables the participants to gain understanding and explore perspectives on key issues and opportunities for their organizations. Where the participants are within one organization, the mission, vision and strategic plan along with market conditions and industry direction form the bases for encouraging the leaders to see specifically how they will, individually and jointly, drive the organization forward. One-on-one coaching is an integral part of the program as well as development of a shared voice to optimize the inspiration and influence of the leadership group. For organizations in transition, in growth mode, and ones facing significant industry change, this program provides a safe environment to explore and find alignment that communicates authenticity, confidence, and vision.
